Aimie O’Shaughnessy, editor of the wonderful Ciao Bambino, recently tapped my shoulder to write a guest post for their Paris Week feature. It doesn’t take much to convince me to reminisce about my family’s summer in Paris. That city has a way of gripping you and seeping into your soul so that it is never far from mind.

Rather than focusing on the the well known tourist attractions, this post hones in on some of the smaller, simpler, often unplanned things that we’d blissfully stumble onto in between visits to the major must-dos.
